Southern Indiana Home Inspection was amazing! I've bought several homes and condos and never had such a thorough inspection. They were there for almost 2 hours and I bought a very small home. Received the report the very next day, which had pictures, and explanations, very very thorough. I felt the price was extremely reasonable. I felt the professionalism of this company was off the charts. I felt extremely comfortable knowing the problems I had to fix in this home and whether to go forward on the purchase. I will definitely use Southern Indiana Homes Inspection again. Thank you very much.
